About the Speaker: With a Master of Christian Counselling degree from Christian Leadership University, Kay Tolman specializes in counselling severe trauma survivors. Having worked with over 100 SRA survivors over a ten year period Kay has developed Biblically-based methods for DID integration, healing the broken heart, mind control deprogramming, as well as advanced deliverance strategies specific to occultism and witchcraft. Kay Tolman is a published author and well respected teacher, operating in the five-fold ministry gifts. She has appeared on more than a dozen local television interviews, courageously exposing Freemasonry and Satanism in the northwest. She is deeply committed to ritual abuse education and providing resources to those in ministry and healing professions.

She has had the privilege of travelling nationally and internationally ministering to those in need and witnessing God’s miracles. Kay has been married for over 27 years.  She and her husband have four adult children and four grandchildren living in the Portland metropolitan area.
